What to Know Before You Go

Preparation
Get ready for your waxing reservation by ensuring your hair has grown % to 4 inch for proper wax adherence. Please avoid sun and spray tanning before your wax appointment.
Arrival
Arriving makeup-free allows our Wax Specialist to assess your shape accurately and remove unruly hairs. For Waxing Services, please let your Beauty Advisor know of any conditions, medications, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your service.
Waiver
Clients will be asked to review and sign a digital Waiver of Rights. Minors will need guardian present to sign waiver. Clients who are under 12 years old cannot receive waxing services.
Reservation Policies
Cancelation Policy
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may open the time for another client. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of $14.
On-Time Policy
In order for us to best serve our clients please arrive on time. Appointments will be canceled and charged a no-show fee of $14 if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booked appointment time.
Gift Card Redemption
If you have a gift card you can redeem in-store at time of payment. However, please note that a personal credit card is required to book a reservation.
